GROUP REFORMER PILATES
Core Body Pilates focuses on the principles of utilizing core strength, body control, precision, and flow of functional movement with sequenced breath. Centered on creating core strength in the deep muscles of the abdomen, back, and hips, Pilates helps with better body alignment and posture, balance and strength. Our Pilates sequencing involves whole body, multi-joint movements that require full range of motion, which builds strength while helping create long, lean, and defined muscles.
 
LEVEL 1       
Designed for the novice/ beginner student
 
LEVEL 2      
An intermediate level class for those familiar with Pilates equipment, verbiage and exercises
 
LEVEL 3       
A more advanced level for students who have more experience with the Reformer and want a greater challenge in class
 
THE ESSENTIALS        
A return to the fundamentals of Pilates.  A beginner level introduction to the Pilates Reformer
 
SILVER STRENGTH    
Designed for clients who prefer a slower pace due to injury, age, limitations or preference

50/50     
This is a half Reformer half Stretch class
 
SIMPLY STRETCH       
Just what it sounds like!  A relaxing class focused on lengthening muscles, releasing tension & stretching

JUMP BOARD    
The Jump board makes for a fun, faster-paced workout!  Adding a little bit more cardio to your contemporary Pilates workout, the Jump board is a footpad used to jump away, allowing the springs to gently pull you back

TOWER/ BARRE   
The Tower is a piece of Pilates equipment that adds variety and continues to challenge clients to build strength while using a stabilizing pad so that the Reformer remains still.  Incorporates ballet principles and balance
